Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales within the Automotive and/or Semiconductor industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a Day 1 onsite contract role based in Fremont, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the automotive and semiconductor sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Promote products, services, and solutions to potential customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to align customer requirements
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and closures in CRM

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Automotive or Semiconductor industry
• Strong B2B sales and client acquisition skills
• Good understanding of hardware, components, or semiconductor-related products/services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle onsite client meetings and field sales activities
• Self-driven with target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling engineering, hardware testing, or semiconductor solutions
• Existing client network in automotive or semiconductor domain is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
