Inside Sales - Claims; Mandarin

As a Claim Team Inside Sales at ASUS, you will drive and oversee order review, chargeback processing, 2nd level customer inquiries, transportation claim, and workflow improvement. You will need to have a good understanding of US retail online operations and work closely with cross functional teams including Accounting, Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, and Business Planning. You will take the lead to minimize company losses, improve business processes, and enhance customer satisfaction level.

• Assist HQ team in Asia and communicate with sales representatives/customers for North American customer accounts
• Check and monitor accounts A/R deductions to ensure credit is processed
• Escalate and coordinate between departments to solve aging and help A/R close the book
• Handle HQ team issues between sales and customer on daily basis inquiries
• Read and understand channel program and provide assistance and solution to HQ claim team
• Engage and resolve pending claims between product management team, sales team, and customer
• Review data reports from HQ team and debug issues for bottleneck cases
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality

Years of

Education:

BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• 2 years of related work experience

• Works well individually and with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Access
• Organized and detail oriented

Salary: $70,304 - $71,400 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k). The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate relative to the role.
