Premier Subaru of Fremont is looking for Automotive Sales Manager

• Competitive compensation plan: sales manager (full time) has unlimited earning potential and typically earns between $72,000 to $140,000+ with base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

• Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process.
• Establish trust among customers to build a strong network of clientele and prospects.
• Manage all three areas of customer traffic: showroom, e-commerce, and phones.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
• Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of the team.
• Coach sales team to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvement.
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processes.
• Drive business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
• Lead the negotiation process ensuring customers understand vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance.

• 3 years automotive dealership management experience.
• Proven success in auto retail sales.
• Confirmed leadership ability to mentor and train others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with personal computers including Microsoft Office (e-mail, Excel, Word).
• CDK Dealer Services experience is a plus.
• Elead or another CRM application is a must.
• Passionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environment.
• Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude.
• Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

• The sales manager position has a pay scale consisting of base compensation of $72,000 per year plus commission and production bonus. Commission ranges from $0 to $10,000 per sale with no upper limit. Production bonus ranges from $0 to $2,000 if baseline benchmarks are not met, with no fixed upper limit.
• A fully trained and motivated salesperson (full time) has unlimited earning potential and typically earns between $72,000 to $140,000+ with base pay, commissions, and bonuses.
