SummaryThis role provides comprehensive sales support for specific regions within the company’s Regional Sales Division. The position is responsible for managing major accounts for high-precision semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including Wafer Probers, Dicers, PG, and Grinder Machines. The role involves high-level coordination between US engineering teams and the global headquarters in Japan.

Account Management
:
Manage regional accounts for specialized semiconductor machinery (Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG, CMP, and Grinders).
Strategic Sales
:
Identify and qualify worldwide sales opportunities, developing comprehensive strategies to win business.
Customer Coordination
:
Coordinate customer visits, demonstrations, and benchmark activities with technical centers and factory personnel.
Relationship Management
:
Communicate with existing and potential customers regarding current/future sales, system deliveries, and enhancement requests.
Negotiation
:
Negotiate pricing and terms, including bulk purchase agreements and legal contracts.
Global Communication
:
Coordinate sales activities with the headquarters in Japan and appropriate engineering personnel in both the U.S. and Japan.
Administrative Support
:
Maintain customer databases, report sales activities/forecasts, and quote system configurations.
Schedule
: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Salary
:
Up to $110,000 per year (DOE).

Strong focus on product knowledge, technical consultation, and solution-based selling.
General Requirements for Both:
Education
: BS in Business, MBA, and/or a technical degree.
Skills
:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Communication
:
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Abilities
:
Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Good mathematical ability required.
