Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship-driven Funeral Sales Associate to join our team in Hayward, CA. In this role, you will guide families through pre‑need and at‑need cemetery and funeral planning, helping them make informed and meaningful decisions for themselves or their loved ones.

- 2–4 years of performance‑based sales experience required
- Prospecting and lead generation experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organized and self‑motivated
- Passion for helping people through important life decisions
- Comfort working in a mission‑driven, Catholic environment (all faith backgrounds are welcome to apply)
