Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location:
Hybrid – Menlo Park, CA
We are a profitable AI company serving the HR technology market and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to work directly with a co‑founder to help build our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities- Identify and reach out to prospective customers
- Conduct outbound email, phone, and Linked In outreach
- Schedule meetings with potential clients
- Track outreach and maintain detailed records
- Tenacity and a strong work ethic with repetitive tasks
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer‑facing experience or sports background a plus
- Desire to work in a high‑velocity AI start‑up
- No prior sales experience required
- Expertise in Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Comfortable cold calling executives
- Hybrid role with time in Menlo Park, CA
- 4‑year college degree
