Bay Area Sales Representative - Bottle Logic Brewing
Location: Fremont, CA |
Employment: Full‑time |
Salary Range: $45,000 – $70,000 depending on skills and experience (hourly base plus commission) |

- Build rapport with accounts and beer outlets in designated delivery areas.
- Sell Bottle Logic beer by identifying and developing leads, educating potential customers, and delivering the correct products at the right time.
- Maintain clean draft lines of accounts and collect payment when due.
- Be an outstanding salesperson who tells the story of every product in an inspiring way.
- Be available to all customers to identify and address questions.
- Review wholesale department’s revenue, expense, and profit goals with the General Manager.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs related to new customer acquisition and repeat sales.
- Create and track success metrics.
- Review local wholesale progress with the General Manager and suggest improvements.
- Submit relevant feedback to the General Manager.
- Monitor inventory levels and sell within allocations.
- Support efficient routing and drop schedules.
- Pull/stage products, load vehicles, and make deliveries that meet or exceed time and mileage goals.
- Work 20% at the base office; 80% on the road.
- Delegate workload appropriately and effectively.
- Develop and support a positive attitude toward Bottle Logic Brewing and our operating partners.
- Work with the General Manager to develop and attend critical events that maximize brand recognition and media attention.
- Maintain safe working conditions and resolve safety concerns quickly.
- Perform duties as mutually agreed upon by you and the General Manager.
- This is a full‑time hourly position with a typical 40‑hour workweek and weekend availability; some weeks may exceed 40 hours depending on travel and events.
- Prior beer sales experience is preferred.
- Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivation and the ability to stay motivated without supervision.
- Excellent time‑management, organization, and coordination skills.
- Social perceptiveness – awareness of customers, vendors, and coworkers' space, time, and bandwidth.
- Decision‑making skills: collect, assess, and interpret relevant information to make sound judgments.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare analytical reports.
- Ability to use data to make high‑impact decisions and improvements.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting sales and revenue goals.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes.
- Ability to work with food‑grade cleaning chemicals for draft maintenance and cleanings.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Suite, and Ekos is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Stand or walk for extended periods.
- Reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry required products for wholesale customers, inventory restocking, and warehouse organization.
- Perform warehouse duties such as keg stacking, forklift lifting, and reorganization.
- Safely lift kegs up to 165 lbs.
- Comfortable driving a delivery van, box truck, and forklift certification.
