Senior Account Manager – Retail, Channel

Responsibilities

• Maintain, strengthen, and develop business relationships with existing and new accounts
• Create win‑win business cases for retail accounts
• Collaborate with the product management team to plan promotion
• Plan, win and implement go‑to‑market plans with accounts
• Collaborate with channel marketing to execute exposures and trainings
• Monitor sales and inventory management
• Perform competitive analysis
• Conduct monthly scheduled meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Create win‑win opportunities with industry partners
• Provide routine reporting that tracks business development through
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across cross functional teams

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field or equivalent
• 5-7 years of Retail account management in the technology space
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and
• Solid understanding of the retail and channel business in the technology ecosystem
• Inventory management knowledge
• Ability to present product information and business opportunities to a large audience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self‑directed environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
