Role Description

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing key U.S. retail accounts across Home Furnishings categories, including Home Décor, Furniture, Lighting, and related categories. This role drives account development, new business opportunities, customer presentations, and internal execution from product direction through pricing and order follow‑up. The ideal candidate should have senior‑level sales experience with direct account exposure in the Off‑Price retail channel;

specialty retail experience is also highly preferred.

Qualifications
  • Manage and grow assigned major U.S. retail accounts while achieving company sales and revenue objectives.
  • Develop account strategies, sales targets, forecasts, and customer plans to support short‑and long‑term growth.
  • Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, with direct focus on Off‑Price accounts such as Home Goods, Ross, and Burlington, and specialty retailers such as At Home and Hobby Lobby.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, new programs, and category expansion across Wall Décor, Home Décor, Furniture, Lighting, and related home furnishing categories.
  • Prepare and lead customer presentations, line reviews, business reviews, sample reviews, and follow‑up communications.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, account feedback, and sell‑through information into actionable sales, product, and pricing recommendations.
  • Work closely with design, product development, sourcing, costing, production, and operations teams to support customer programs from concept through commercialization.
  • Support target pricing, assortment planning, program negotiation, margin review, and order execution in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor account performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify risks, solutions, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain timely communication with customers and internal teams to ensure clear follow‑up, execution, and alignment on account priorities.
  • Provide assistance to company initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned to support overall company objectives.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment and adapting to evolving client needs.
