About the Role

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to guide their vehicle purchase in our no‑haggle sales environment. Responding to leads promptly, answering questions, and helping customers move from contact to an in‑store experience is key.

• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and provide accurate information.
• Guide customers from phone or internet contact to a successful in‑store experience.
• Negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customers’ lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
• Close deals and provide an exceptional pre‑ and post‑sale experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and transition them to the Service department.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to help people and exceed expectations.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a safe driving record.

• Commission‑based role with average monthly income of $2–12k.
