Regional Sales Manager

Hiring a Regional Sales Manager in the California Bay area!

• Bonus: 40–50% of base salary (paid quarterly)

• Fremont, CA office: 3 days/week
• Sacramento, CA office: 1 day/week
• Local travel for client meetings required
• Opportunity to work remotely 1–2 days/week after onboarding and ramp-up period.

• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 10 sales professionals and 2 sales administrators.
• Accompany sales team members on client calls and strategic account meetings.
• Develop regional sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage and accurately forecast a $30M–$60M sales quota.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Provide regular performance updates, pipeline visibility, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive team accountability, performance, and professional development.
• Travel locally to support customer engagements and business development efforts.

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record managing large revenue targets.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and navigate complex sales cycles.
• Experience in industries such as telecommunications, elevators, construction, engineering, technology, or related B2B solution sales environments.
• Excellent communication, forecasting, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
