Sales/Marketing Events & Outreach Coordinator

The Sales Outreach & Events Coordinator partners with the Sales Manager and the Executive Director to improve occupancy at the community. The Sales Coordinator/Outreach will help the Sales Manager to ensure customer's satisfaction by answering all the daily inquiries/questions of the residents and the families. As well assist with the timely administration of sales and marketing efforts.

• Help to maintain and/or improve community occupancy level and revenue production in accordance with business and marketing plans including Marketing events.
• Utilizes the sales processes, systems and forms for sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
• Provides administrative support to the sales team.
• Coordinates and completes all activities needed for the sale and converts deposits to move-ins. Also plans and executes Marketing events.
• Prepares data for weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintains working knowledge of the sales management system and uses it to develop reports. Inputs sales and marketing activities, as directed and in a timely manner.
• Help to manage sales process by understanding prospective residents  needs and educating them about the community's services and programs.
• Help to coordinate and complete all activities needed for sales, including visiting prospects, homes, conducting initial assessments or sales presentations, and ensuring all required forms are completed prior to move-in.
• Help to increase community awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups and local community involvement.

• Education and Experience:
  
  High School diploma or GED; a minimum of 1-5 years administrative sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry or medical field, with a proven track record and focus on customer service.

Possible exposure to blood borne pathogens, exposure to various drugs, chemical, infectious or biological hazards.
