Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an automotive location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and direct employees, contractors, drivers, and guests according to site procedures;
Complete detailed reports and logs, document unusual conditions, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and/or the client point of contact
