Armed Security Supervisor - Graveyard Shift
Garda World Security Services is hiring an Armed Security Supervisor to work the graveyard shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 pm – 7:00 am). The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, and requires the applicant to be at least 21 years old, possess an active driver’s license, an active exposed firearm permit, and at least one year of armed security experience as well as one year of security supervisory experience.
Responsibilities- Conduct post‑checks of officers under your supervision
- Train new officers
- Ensure 100 % coverage of the site to eliminate dark posts
- Issue corrective action forms (CAFs)
- Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- State security license with additional 32‑hour BSIS training (additional training may be provided during the hiring process)
- 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of one year of armed security experience
- Minimum of one year of security supervisory experience
- Active exposed firearm permit
- Active driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Proof of high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- First aid certification is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus

Full time, 40 hours per week (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 pm – 7:00 am) - Competitive hourly wage of $36 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)
