Security Specialist

Job Description

Manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise IT and physical security infrastructure, including servers, badge access control panels, security appliances, video surveillance systems, and IR sensor platforms to ensure operational reliability and security compliance. Experience with Axis, Hanwha cameras, Milestone Video Servers, and CCure badging systems is a plus. The role also includes supporting IoT projects per the IT manager’s instructions.

• Manage, document, and maintain IP security cameras, video servers, and security badging systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and ensure compliance with current security standards.
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies in collaboration with GSOC.
• Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments, software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Set up and maintain cameras in office and warehouse facilities.
• Maintain appropriate inventory to meet normal client demand.
• Resolve incidents and other requests with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, implement, and upgrade cameras and security systems, coordinating vendor management and project coordination.

• Experience with Axis or Hanwha cameras, Milestone Video Servers, and CCure badging systems.
• Background in enterprise IT and physical security infrastructure management.
• Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies and collaborate with GSOC.
• Strong documentation and inventory management skills.
