Security Officer Customer Care Patrols

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, patients, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, observe for suspicious behavior, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues according to site procedures;
Support emergency response activities, assist with crowd management and directional guidance, and complete required reports with accuracy and attention to detail
