Security Officer Part Time Incident Response

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points, observe site activity, and assist with directing visitors and vendors in accordance with property procedures;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities using required reporting tools
