What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity according to site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
