Hours:

Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

• Stable hours (6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday to Friday) - opportunities for night shift work with paid differential.
• We deliver materials to job sites--no need to haul them in your own vehicle

• Measure, cut, and install commercial tile with accuracy and efficiency
• Read plans, follow layouts, and keep a clean, professional job site
• Maintain safety, quality, and team collaboration on every project
• Use pull carts to transport materials efficiently and help keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work with a foreman and team that supports each other to succeed
• Speak up when something can be done better--we want your input
• Support and guide tile apprentices on your crew--your expertise helps shape the next generation

• Proven tile setting experience in commercial or high-end residential work
• Attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (no truck needed--we handle material delivery with our flatbed)
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Strong work ethic and willingness to incorporate our Tile Impact Company culture
• Blueprint reading skills and layout experience preferred
