Night Shift Construction Laborer

Hiring for Night Shift Construction Laborer $32+

2 Shift time: 10pm-6am or 10pm-8am

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with setup and testing of rigging systems (lines, pulleys, hoists)
  • Support alignment, leveling, and anchoring of heavy machinery
  • Attach loads and guide operators during lifts and transport
  • Prepare job sites: debris removal, bracing, scaffolding, support forms
  • Safely operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, laser levels, skid steers)
  • Ensure machinery is secured for transport
  • Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and collaborate with team members
Requirements
  • 2+ years of construction or general labor experience (commercial or concrete preferred)
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
  • Comfortable working outdoors, in confined spaces, and high-noise environments
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety mindset
  • Must be 18+

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
