Journeyman Shop Technician​/Mechanic

We are Pape’ Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, looking for a Journeyman Shop Technician/Mechanic to join our team.

The role involves diagnosing and repairing construction and forestry equipment, ensuring repairs are accurate and timely to support customer uptime.

• Work on construction and forestry equipment in the shop.
• Ensure timely, accurate repairs to support customer uptime.
• Collaborate with other trained technicians in a supportive shop environment.

• 10+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of heavy equipment.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Completion of a technical diagnostic and repair training program.
• Must provide own tools.
• Ability to operate a lift truck and other heavy equipment; training will be provided.

$54.16 per hour. (Position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.)
