Construction Laborer (Swing)
Join a large-scale rigging company seeking dedicated construction laborers to support a major construction project in Fremont. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in construction, looking to engage in hands-on tasks within a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and testing rigging lines, pulleys, hoists, and pulling gear to support heavy equipment.
- Help with the precise alignment, leveling, and anchoring of heavy machinery.
- Attach loads to rigging and signal/direct operators to ensure safety.
- Clean and prepare work sites, lay bracing, erect scaffolding, and build support forms.
- Handle a variety of hand and power tools such as jackhammers, laser levels, and skid steers.
Essential
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
- Proficiency with power and hand tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a high focus on safety protocols.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial construction, concrete, or general labor is a strong plus.
- High school diploma or GED is generally preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to frequently lift and maneuver heavy materials up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:
Work alongside a large team in an active environment, with shifts available from 2pm to 12am, Monday through Sunday. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and requires steel-toed boots and a hard hat.

This is a contract position based out of Fremont, CA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
