Construction Laborer (Short-Term, High-Earning Opportunity)

• Assist with rigging operations including setting up hoists, pulleys, and lifting systems
• Help move, align, and anchor heavy industrial equipment
• Signal and guide operators during lifts to ensure safe and accurate placement
• Prepare and maintain job sites (clean-up, scaffolding, bracing, support forms)
• Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, jackhammers, and laser levels
• Support equipment crating and securing materials for transport
• Work closely with a large construction and rigging team to keep production moving efficiently

• Project Duration: 2–3 months (high-intensity assignment)
• Shift: Swing shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
• Schedule: Monday through Sunday availability required
• Hours: 10-hour shifts + significant overtime (up to 30 hours/week)

• 2+ years of construction or general labor experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends
• Physically capable: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, climbing, and working in active job sites

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
