Position: Senior HVAC/R Technician - Nights (22:00-06:30)

This role is a vital part of our Engineering and Technical Services function, where you'll provide essential support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on critical equipment and systems, ensuring optimal building performance and client satisfaction.

** Schedule** :
Sunday - Thursday, 10pm-6:30am

** What You'll Do*
* + Install, repair, adjust, and maintain large electric or pneumatic control systems for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.

+ Calibrate instruments, gauges, and control components with precision to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.

+ Conduct thorough inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment failures, identifying and implementing the best course of action for repairs or modifications.

+ Manage and maintain optimal stock levels for HVAC materials, supplies, and components to support ongoing operations.

+ Apply foundational knowledge of standard HVAC principles to practical scenarios, leveraging your experience to solve challenges.

+ Work efficiently within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet critical deadlines.

** What You'll Need*
* + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, combined with 2-3 years of job-related experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ A valid driver's license and successful completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.  EPA Universal required.

+ The ability to meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.

+ Proven ability to utilize existing procedures to solve standard problems and address technical challenges effectively.

+ Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to make sound judgments and decisions.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for documentation and communication.

+ Strong organizational skills coupled with an inquisitive mindset, eager to learn and improve processes.
