Construction Laborer

With multiple shifts available (Day, Swing, and Graveyard), you'll have the flexibility to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle while gaining valuable experience on a large-scale, fast-paced job site.

As a Construction Laborer, you'll play a critical role in keeping the job site running safely and efficiently:

• Help set up rigging systems—pulleys, hoists, and lifting gear—to safely move heavy equipment
• Assist with precision alignment, leveling, and anchoring of industrial machinery
• Secure loads and communicate clearly with operators during lifts and equipment movement
• Prepare and maintain the job site—cleaning debris, building supports, and erecting scaffolding
• Use power tools and equipment such as jackhammers, drills, laser levels, and skid steers
• Support concrete work, material handling, and basic millwright-related tasks
• Follow strict safety protocols and help maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
• Work closely with your team to keep projects on track and meet deadlines

This is a contract position based out of Fremont, CA. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
