Job Title

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or re‑learning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining service equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform off‑site and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment
• Frequent lifting of 35‑75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing

Base pay ranges from $16.50 to $28.00 per hour for full‑time positions after eligibility criteria are met.
