Thermoplastic Operator – Lead Roadway and Pavement Marking Field Installations

You will serve as a skilled technical execution specialist, installing high-durability roadway markings and specialty pavement legends. This role gives you the independence to operate advanced thermal pavement machinery while ensuring quality installations for public works and private infrastructure projects. Operate thermoplastic striping equipment, pre-melters, and support vehicles safely on active roadways.

Install precise roadway markings, legends, crosswalks, bike lanes, and specialty pavement applications.

Interpret complex construction plans, engineering layouts, and traffic control blueprints with high precision.

Coordinate field traffic control setups to guarantee a safe, compliant workspace for the entire crew.

Perform daily preventive maintenance and calibration on specialized Thermo Lazer and thermal machinery.

Deliver open, actionable feedback to management regarding project workflows and operational field safety.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on thermoplastic pavement installation experience in a field operations role.

Demonstrated ability to work independently in outdoor environments and active construction zones.

Proven experience reading, interpreting, and executing work from traffic control plans and layout prints.

Absolute flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime hours.

Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history.

Willingness to travel up to 33% of working hours to various regional project sites.
