Our client, a leader in fire safety and life safety systems, is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician to join their team. As a Fire Alarm Service Technician, you will be part of the service department supporting fire alarm system inspections, testing, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

PMWhat's the Job?
- Perform inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of fire alarm systems and related life safety equipment.
- Follow scheduled inspection routes and service commitments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Complete inspection reports, service tickets, and documentation using Siemens software and mobile applications.
- Identify system deficiencies, impairments, and code-related issues, communicating findings effectively to customers and management.
- Support service calls and emergency customer requests as needed, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED.
- Ability to read and understand design and construction documents.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and PC-based systems for documentation and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, supporting team efforts and customer needs.
