The Role:

We're hiring an AI Web Developer to join our team and help build the digital experiences our customers actually use. This is a role for someone with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with modern front‑end tooling—and who actively uses AI to work faster, write better code, and solve problems more creatively.

You’ll collaborate directly with designers, marketers, and engineers to ship real work at a company where what you build actually matters. If you treat AI‑assisted development as a core part of your workflow—and you’re equally at home in Next.js, Type Script, and a headless CMS—this role is for you.

• Leverage AI coding tools (e.g. Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) as a core part of your daily development workflow—using them to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and prototype faster
• Identify and implement AI‑powered improvements to our dev workflows, from automated testing to content generation pipelines
• Partner with designers and marketers to translate project requirements into functional, visually polished website experiences—from wireframe to production
• Build custom web solutions with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Type Script, ensuring every experience is responsive and cross‑browser compatible
• Own front‑end components in Next.js using Tailwind
  
  CSS—writing clean, reusable, well‑documented code that your teammates will actually enjoy reading
• Implement SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and performance tuning so our sites rank, load fast, and work for everyone
• Manage code and deployments using Git and containerized environments like Docker
• Contribute to and help evolve our headless CMS architecture using Strapi
• Mentor more junior team members and contribute to code reviews with constructive, actionable feedback

• 3–5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Type Script with strong command of core fundamentals
• Demonstrated use of AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar) in real projects—not just familiarity, but actual daily use
• Hands‑on experience with Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind
  
  CSS in production environments
• Solid understanding of Git‑based version control and containerized environments like Docker
• Experience with Strapi or a similar headless CMS platform
• Ability to own work end‑to‑end—from translating a design mockup to deploying a production‑ready component—without heavy oversight
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building in environments where the playbook is still being written

• Experience building or integrating AI‑powered features into web products (chatbots, generative UI, LLM‑backed workflows)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Hub Spot experience for marketing integrations, CRM workflows, or landing page development
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Net Suite
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or working with APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic

Salary: $102,000–$129,000 USD
