Role: Senior Net Suite & Business Systems Software Engineer
Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $150k + Benefits
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Net Suite & Business Systems Software Engineer to lead the development, administration, and optimization of Net Suite and related business systems. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions, automate business processes, and support enterprise system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Net Suite solutions across O2C, P2P, Inventory, Manufacturing, MRP, WMS, and Financials.
- Develop customizations using Suite Script 2.x, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and Suite Builder.
- Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Shopify, Boomi, Mule Soft, and REST APIs.
- Optimize workflows, reporting, system performance, and business processes.
- Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure SOX compliance and Net Suite governance best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of Net Suite development and administration experience.
- Expertise with Suite Script 2.x, Suite Cloud, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, Suite Builder, and SuiteQL.
- Experience with Net Suite ERP, CRM, One World, Advanced PDF/HTML Templates, and REST API integrations.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and public company environments.
- Net Suite Administrator Certification preferred.
