Python Developer

We're seeking a Python Developer with strong machine learning experience to join an innovative engineering team developing AI-powered applications that support large-scale service operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on production machine learning solutions that solve real-world business challenges using modern AI technologies.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning applications that process diverse datasets, including text, images, voice, and structured data.

• Design, develop, and deploy production machine learning applications using Python.
• Build scalable AI solutions that support business operations and customer-facing services.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices to support machine learning applications.
• Work with large, diverse datasets to train, evaluate, and improve machine learning models.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into practical AI solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve production machine learning models.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while following Agile development practices.

• 3–5 years of professional Python development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch or another modern deep learning framework (Tensor Flow or JAX).
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting machine learning models in production environments.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), recommender systems, or similar AI technologies.
• Experience processing and analyzing large datasets using tools such as Pandas.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and FastAPI (or similar frameworks).
• Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning model evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience building end‑to‑end AI solutions from concept through production.
• Familiarity with production monitoring, alerting, and model lifecycle management.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
