Position: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Location: Fremont, CA

Schedule / Pay:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM $21.50/hr

Monday - Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM $23.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Pick items based on customer orders, ensuring proper labeling and quantity.
  • Assist in packing items, including labeling and preparing them for shipping, to support the Shipping team's workflow.
  • Receive incoming shipments – check the quality & quantity of items, and document/label the received goods.
  • Help organize and store received items in their designated locations, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy retrieval.
  • Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits to verify stock levels, and report any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Enter & track inventory data in inventory tracking software for accurate record keeping.
  • Prepare packages for shipping - make sure the correct items are included, labels are accurate, and items are protected for shipping.
  • Assist in loading outgoing shipments onto trucks or delivery vehicles, following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure secure transport.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Shipping/Receiving preferred
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, and move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Computer savvy - must be able to accurately enter information in inventory tracking systems
