Distribution Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Inthis role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently andeficiently
• You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customer sand locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde'squality assurance system
• Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals, customer expectation and operational standard
• Train the Distribution Team in all aspects of Linde Safety and Quality systems and requirements
• You will monitor distribution efficiencies and staffing levels to ensure customer delmands are consistently met
• You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training,conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations
• Control costs by evaluating shipments, consolidating loads, and selecting the most cost-efficient method of shipment
• Drive productivity to maximize distribution capabilities and operational efficiency, while providing job training that fosters career development andgrowth

• Youmust have a high school diploma; a ollege degree is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience, along with atleast 2+ yearsin Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation
• You will have strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• You are knowledgeable of regulatory agency requirements including FDA,DOT, OSHA, and EPA
• Experience working in a Union environment is a plus
• Demonstrated reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• You have are self motivated with theproven ability to work independently and while maintaining a highlevel of accountability

• Competitive compensation with pay range: $31.93 - $46.83 hourly (depending on experience)
