Compensation: $36.03/hour

• Follow safety protocols, schedules, and pre-determined routes to transport corporate employees between stops.
• Ensure exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Complete vehicle safety checks accurately and report issues promptly.
• Comply with all traffic laws and federal and state transit regulations.
• Interact professionally with customers, dispatch, and management teams.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays.
• Report vehicle maintenance, road concerns, accidents, and disruptions via radios or hands-free devices.

• Use navigation apps and local knowledge to pick up and drop off passengers.
• Maintain electronic logs for routes and incidents.
• Operate and drive safely for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes without a break.
• Drive in various weather and terrain conditions.
• Work flexible hours, including outside regular shifts and split shifts.
• Lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading/unloading ADA passengers.

Mandatory:

• Pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
