** Position Overview*
* We are partnering with an established Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Organization to place a detail-oriented Logistics Associate on their team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with hands-on GMP warehouse experience who thrives in a structured, compliance-driven environment and takes pride in accurate order fulfillment and inventory integrity.

** Compensation** : $26-$28/hour

** What You'll Do*
* + Accurately pick, pack, stage, weigh, and load customer orders for internal and external shipment using RF scanning equipment; prepare all associated documentation.

+ Monitor consumable supply levels within assigned areas and proactively communicate restocking needs to the team lead.

+ Maintain and replenish designated areas to ensure supplies remain accessible and organized.

+ Perform routine housekeeping and light maintenance tasks to uphold facility cleanliness standards; support preparation for internal and external audits.

+ Complete all required company training programs including Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, company policies, and safety curricula; demonstrate applied knowledge in daily work.

+ Participate actively in company and departmental meetings and performance review sessions.

+ Execute daily cycle counts within assigned areas using RF equipment; collaborate with Inventory Control to investigate and resolve discrepancies.

** What We're Looking For*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP warehouse environment.

+ Demonstrated ability to learn and apply Work Instructions, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

+ Reliable transportation required; role may require working across multiple warehouse locations.

+ Proficiency in computer use including data entry, RF transactions, and information retrieval.

+ Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rounding) using a calculator.

+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage daily assigned tasks to completion.

+ Adaptable and flexible in response to shifting work assignments and a continuous improvement environment.

+ Committed to maintaining accurate and compliant hard-copy and electronic records.

+ Experienced operating warehouse material handling equipment including pallet jacks, pallet transfers, shrink bundlers, strapping machines, shrink wrappers, pallet scales, conveyors, and similar equipment.

** Preferred:*
* + Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and SAP or a comparable ERP/WMS system.

** Physical Requirements*
* Candidates must be able to regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs, frequently handle up to 40 lbs, and occasionally manage up to 60 lbs with appropriate assistance.
