Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 – 21.50 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

- Processing Returns:
Unpack, inspect, and verify the physical condition of returned servers, racks, and computer components against RMA paperwork. - System Management:
Log returned materials into the company's system, tracking return reasons, statuses, and replacement/repair progress. - Inventory Control:
Conduct routine cycle counts of RMA inventory and keep return programs organized. - Discrepancy Reporting:
Identify missing parts or damage, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor or relevant departments. - Packaging & Shipping:
Repackage and prepare resolved or repaired goods for shipment to customers or return to vendors
- Experience:
1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment, ideally handling returns and inventory management. - Technical
Skills:
Basic understanding of computer hardware and components. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and inventory databases - Physical Demands:
Ability to sit, stand for prolonged periods, and regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 40–50 pounds.
