Job OverviewWe are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to be responsible for the efficient and complaint handling of materials within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. This role supports receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Following established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Protocols
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
- Labeling every product and storing in determined locations
- Processing material requests and work orders
- Performing cycle counts
- Packaging and processing outbound shipments
- Delivery of material using van and truck
- Operation of material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack
- Maintaining accurate records with proper documentation
- Communication with internal departments to research and resolve issues/discrepancies
This position requires work in a warehouse. The role requires walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds independently. Minimal access to cold and freezer rooms and material required, utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment. Occasional work in cold storage/freezer areas using proper PPE.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid driver's license
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to be flexible with work hours
The base compensation range for this role is $26-35.30. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.
