Job Description

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales). The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Install and maintain tires and wheels
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires
• Attach and rebalance wheels
• Install, rebuild, relearn, and calibrate TPMS
• Wash tires and wheels
• Test and install batteries
• Use and maintain equipment
• Assist other employees
• Test drive vehicles
• Operate service vehicles to perform off‑site and emergency road services
• Provide excellent customer service, promote store sales, and use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid‑paced environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35–75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

• $14.85 – $23.15 hourly wage
