Overview of the RoleThe Enablement Program Trainer, part of the Data Foundation Global Enablement Team, is a passionate facilitator, coach, and enablement professional focused on delivering engaging onboarding and skill development experiences for Data Foundation sellers. This role is responsible for delivering both virtual and in-person enablement programs that accelerate seller productivity and confidence. Programs include, but are not limited to, Immersion Onboarding, Majors Programs, Hub Days, Skill Workshops, and other onboarding and enablement initiatives.
This individual partners closely with the Data Foundation Onboarding Team, Enablement Business Partners, Sales Programs, and Salesforce Global Enablement teams to ensure sellers build the skills, product knowledge, and sales capabilities needed to successfully position and sell Mule Soft, Informatica, and the broader Salesforce Customer 360 portfolio.
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person enablement experiences supporting Data Foundation sellers across AMER, APAC, and South Asia time zones
- Facilitate onboarding programs, workshops, and live training experiences designed to build foundational product, sales, and role-based skills
- Support the development and maintenance of onboarding curriculum, training content, and learning assets to ensure materials remain current and impactful
- Stay informed on competitive trends, product updates, market shifts, and business priorities to continuously improve enablement experiences
- Facilitate live certification activities, show-you-know exercises, and scoring processes using established rubrics and evaluation criteria
- Partner with Enablement Business Partners and Salesforce Global Enablement teams to support reboarding efforts and targeted skill development for underperforming sellers
- Support regional skill-building initiatives, in-person events, and field enablement programs for Mule Soft and Data Foundation sellers
- Monitor seller performance trends and partner with Sales Programs teams to identify enablement opportunities that improve business outcomes
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across Onboarding, Enablement, Sales Programs, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership teams
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve learning experiences, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in sales, enablement, corporate learning, teaching, or related fields
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging training sessions and presenting to diverse audiences
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively manage changing priorities in fast‑paced environments
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority
- Growth mindset with a willingness to seek, receive, and apply feedback
- Self‑starter with a "do what it takes" mindset and strong sense of ownership
Compensation will be determined by location and level. The base salary range is $75,000 – $113,500 annually, with enhanced ranges in selected cities (e.g., $90,200 – $124,000). The package may include bonus, equity, and benefits. Benefits include time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and employee stock purchasing program.
