Job Description

As a Pricing and Business Analyst supporting Sav‑Rx, you will be responsible for driving business growth through RFP re‑pricing and financial modeling for prospective and existing clients. You translate complex prescription claims into actionable insights, identify cost‑saving opportunities through trend analysis, and perform various ad‑hoc analysis critical to the success of the company. Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present data in clear, visually compelling formats for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to prepare data‑driven responses for RFPs. Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, benchmark data, and client‑specific metrics to support proposal development and ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and compliant.
  • Respond to requests for custom analyses, including trend identification, scenario modeling, and impact assessments. Examples may include evaluating the effects of drug pricing changes, regulatory updates, or market shifts on client portfolios.
  • Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from internal systems (e.g., claims databases, CRM tools) and external sources. Ensure data integrity, compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, and alignment with PBM best practices.
  • Work closely with sales, account management, finance, clinical, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Stay updated on PBM industry trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
