Construction Laborers for a large-scale food facility expansion for Wholestone Farms in Fremont, Nebraska
.

This is not residential construction. Our crews work on food-processing and cold-storage facilities where safety, teamwork, and quality matter.

• Assisting crews with concrete, carpentry, and steel work
• Supporting construction of carcass cooler, refrigeration, and facility expansion areas
• Material handling and jobsite organization
• Jobsite cleanup and preparation
• Working alongside experienced tradespeople on large-scale food facility construction projects

• Assist skilled workers as assigned
• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Clean and prepare work areas
• Assist with concrete, formwork, and structural steel activities
• Support equipment operators and field crews as needed
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements
• Help maintain production goals and quality standards

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Construction experience preferred, but not required
