Pay: $19.93/hour (weekly pay)
Location: Onsite - Fremont, NE
About the RoleA pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support members with questions related to their prescription benefits. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑focused role where empathy, accuracy, and efficiency are essential. You'll work directly with members to resolve issues, answer benefit questions, and deliver a positive service experience.
What You'll Do- Handle approximately 30‑50 inbound calls per day, with some email support
- Assist members with questions regarding prescription benefits and coverage
- Research and resolve issues using healthcare systems and internal tools
- Identify customer needs, resolve concerns, and clearly explain solutions
- Demonstrate strong active‑listening skills and empathy on every interaction
- Meet performance metrics including QA scores and average handle time
- Follow all call‑center policies, procedures, and rules of conduct
- 2+ years of call‑center experience (medical or insurance experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
- Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment
- Tech‑savvy with working knowledge of e‑mail, Excel, and Word
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Training: 4 weeks.
Training
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (less than 40 hours/week).
Shifts: Assigned upon job offer.
Post‑Training
Schedule:
This role offers a set schedule of 8‑hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday‑Saturday, including one guaranteed weekend day off.
The pay range for this position is $19.93 – $19.93/hour.
