Schedule:

Includes evening, weekend, and on‑call hours.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on student success, engagement, and leadership.
  • Oversee daily operations of a residence hall.
  • Lead a team of student leaders.
  • Gain experience in community engagement, supervision, crisis response, leadership development, and summer conferences.
  • Participate in departmental committees, collaborate across campus, build partnerships, and contribute to the campus mission.

Minimum

Required Qualifications
  • One year of leadership experience in a student housing employment position.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of college students.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Student Affairs, College Student Personnel Administration, or related field.
  • Residence Director experience.
  • Experience supervising student staff.
  • Participation in an on‑call duty capacity.
  • Student organization advising experience.
  • Experience creating programs/events for students.
