School Counselor, Guidance Counselor: Social/Educational

The specific caseload will be assigned closer to the end of the current school year, ensuring balanced responsibilities aligned with your strengths.
Qualifications:
- Valid school psychologist certification and state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Masters or specialist degree in school psychology or related field
- Experience or strong understanding of K-12 educational settings
- Expertise in assessment, intervention, and counseling for diverse student populations
- Collaborative team player with effective communication skills
- Commitment to supporting students, families, and staff to foster success
- Flexibility and adaptability in serving varied caseloads and addressing school needs
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to support student growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams for evaluations, eligibility determinations, and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families regarding educational and behavioral interventions
- Deliver individual and group counseling as needed
- Support the social, emotional, and academic needs of students across K-12
- Engage in data-driven decisions to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
