Job Description
DRY Technology Engineer – responsible for supporting the implementation of new raw materials, processes, and products and for balancing from raw material reception to the cooling process.
What we are looking forMinimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food), related technology program or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in food technology development, process & product scale‑up and/or implementation
- Demonstrated industry experience as R&D engineer or Quality & Food Safety Engineer
- Demonstrated factory experience
- Master’s degree in Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food) or related technology program
- Experience working in a company with multicultural and international features
- Green Belt or Black Belt for Lean Six Sigma
- Support execution of industrial test runs for innovation plan deployment or portfolio transfer between factories; provide guidance on SRC definition and support troubleshooting.
- Lead regional projects such as product quality improvement, Do It Best, business continuity, or sustainability.
- Define regional IRA for successful implementation of new raw materials, processes, and products.
- Assist factories with technology capability performance issues.
- Support transfer of process specifications related to the DRY manufacturing standard and monitor conformance; conduct technical audits and support PPI on process capability assessment.
- Gather and analyze data (Cp, Cpk) and report performance per site on dosing, mixing, and cross‑contamination capabilities.
- Support transfer of product specifications related to the DRY manufacturing standard and monitor conformance; conduct technical audits and analyze product capability (Cp, Cpk) per site.
- Define wet commissioning and validation plans for sites, clarifying specifications for each process step.
- Develop and execute protocols, deliver training on process principles, equipment added value, raw material specifications, and product quality attributes.
- Support CVS team and PPI on protocol execution; manage start‑up phase, SRC implementation, product ramp‑up, and portfolio implementation.
- Contribute to complex problem‑solving related to raw materials, products, and processes.
- Apply robust methodology to support complex problem‑solving management.
