Role OverviewThe Finance Registration Analyst is part of our Revenue Cycle Operations department, managing the financial registration for new and existing client implementations within CVS Health’s PBM business – Caremark. The analyst plays an instrumental role in the success of our PBM Finance Registration team.
A successful candidate will display curiosity, creativity and technical acumen to research data while finding process efficiencies. They will delve into requests and provide analysis of client set‑up that could change at a moment’s notice. The candidate must work individually, as part of a team, and across departments to deliver on key enterprise initiatives.
The analyst should have impeccable attention to detail as any errors can have downstream client impact. The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel, utilizing basic formulas and data management. They will master applications such as SAP, AS400, and various Salesforce applications.
The analyst will assist team members with client requests, ensure accurate and timely completion, work with clients and internal partners on financial set‑up requests or issues, interpret client contracts and translate them into operational processes, implement new client set‑ups and pricing changes within our financial system, and create and maintain audit documentation reviewed by a peer and signed by management.
The team operates in an exciting, fast‑paced environment where work is varied. We highly value excellent customer service and aim to deliver on all commitments. The role is critical to the achievement of financial goals.
Due to workload volume and tight deadlines, the candidate may be expected to work more than 40 hours per week, including holidays and weekends during the last quarter of the year and the first month of the following year.
Required Qualifications- 0–2 years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- 0–2 years of experience in a client‑facing role
- Experience with in Healthcare or PBM industry
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a Finance and/or Operations role

Pay Range: $43,888.00 – $ (based on experience, education, geography; additional bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program may be available)
