Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing quality food service and ensuring our residents have a positive dining experience. The Dietary Aide will assist in meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with meal preparation, including portioning, plating, and serving meals according to dietary guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas following safety and health regulations.
- Stock and organize food, supplies, and equipment.
- Follow all policies and procedures for food safety, sanitation, and infection control.
- Collaborate with dietary staff and other team members to provide excellent resident care.
- Previous experience in a dietary, food service, or hospitality role is a plus.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move items as needed during the shift.
