Behavioral Health Therapist

Good Neighbor Community Health Center is hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC) integrated care team serving communities on or near Hwy 30 in East-Central Nebraska. This position offers meaningful clinical work, strong team support, and reasonable expectations in a community health center setting.

This role is a good fit for a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist who values patient-centered care, collaboration, and long-term sustainability.

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver services in person and via telehealth
• Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Coordinate referrals and community resources as needed

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active Nebraska license in good standing, including one of the following:
• LMHP
• PLMHP
• LIMHP
• LCSW / PLCSW

• Two or more years of clinical counseling experience
• Experience in outpatient, community-based, or integrated care settings
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel between clinic sites
