Training and Development Specialist Clinician – Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota

Pay: The anticipated salary range for this position is $51.30-$65.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours per week

Shift times: Variable shifts, primarily M-F, approximately 9am – 5pm. Some evenings and Saturdays are expected.

Location: Des Moines, IA, Lincoln, NE, Omaha, NE, and Sioux Falls, SD

Float/Travel: Regular travel between Des Moines, IA, Lincoln, NE, Omaha, NE, and Sioux Falls, SD as needed based on training needs

Under direct supervision of the Training and Development Manager, the Training and Development Specialist
- Clinician is responsible for analyzing, developing, delivering and evaluating organizational training for Advanced Practice Clinicians/Health Center Providers. The Training and Development Specialist
- Clinician will also provide clinical services, including reproductive health care, to patients at PPNCS clinic(s). The Training and Development Specialist – Clinicians are advocates in implementing our mission of "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all." They may perform other related duties as assigned.

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse/APN in Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska with National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women's Health Care, Adult or Family Practice NP OR current state license as a Physician’s Assistant in Iowa, Minnesota, or Nebraska
• Any additional requirements for practice/prescriptive authority in Iowa, MN or Nebraska, including an active DEA license in the state of current licensure and practice
