Outpatient Therapist (LMHP LCSW) – Hybrid / Telehealth

Full-Time or Part-Time | Fremont, NE
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Hybrid Schedule | Loan Repayment Eligible
6–7 sessions per day. Real support. Sustainable work.
If you are feeling burned out by high caseloads, constant admin work, or lack of support, this role is designed differently.
At Good Neighbor Community Health Center, therapists are set up to focus on clinical care, not paperwork overload or unrealistic productivity expectations.

Typical schedule of6–7 client sessions per day

Telehealth + in-person mix

case management and administrative support
for scheduling and coordination - Integrated care model
Work alongside medical providers in a collaborative, team-based setting - Clinical supervision available

provisionally licensed therapists - Mission-driven work
Serve patients who truly need care, without the pressure of private practice overhead
- $50,495 – $84,740
depending on licensure - Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
- Eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment
(Significant federal student loan repayment opportunity)
- You are not overloaded with patients

- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth
- Collaborate with medical and care teams
- Maintain timely documentation
- Connect patients with community resources
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Nebraska license (or eligible):
LMHP, LIMHP, LCSW, PLMHP, or PLCSW - Provisionally licensed therapists are encouraged to apply
